Children's Eriksberg

Children rarely have the patience to stand still and learn about history- so why not teach it the child-friendly way?

This summer, we are launching our childrens' tour on board. The tour takes only 30 minutes and focuses on the most fun, engaging and exciting tour content! Children will have the chance to check out our cannons up-close, experience a real sailors' hammock and see the ship's cargo! This experience is included in a combination ticket where we, in partnership with with Hotell 11 and Comedy art theatre, aim to bring you the ultimate day out for the family!

Please note: the guided tour and the theatre will be held in Swedish.

Childrens guided tour

With this combination ticket we offer a 30 minute guided tour on board the ship, suitable for children. We will implement a "show, interact, ask" approach to teaching children all about life aboard an 18th Century ship!

Where did the people live on board before? Where did you sleep if there were no beds? How do the cannons work? How heavy is a cannon ball? And of course, why were there no toilets on board?

The combination ticket is available between June 29th til August 11th. Until July 14th, this ticket will only be available on Saturdays and Sundays- but will be available on Thursdays and Fridays starting from July 18th (with the exception of week 31).

The guided tours on board the ship will be held at the following times:

10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, and 15:30.

We can accommodate up to 20 guests in each guided group.

Please note: the guided tour and the theatr4 will be held in Swedish.

The ship has very steep stairs and gangway, no animals are allowed on board.
