Stopovers Asia Expedition
After leaving Gothenburg 8 June 2022, Götheborg will sail in the Baltic Sea and Northern Europe before heading south towards the Mediterranean, where we will stay during winter 2022/2023. Spring 2023 we will head onto Asia and stop at a number of ports, such as India, Singapore and Hong Kong, before arriving in Shanghai in September 2023.

Heading out once again! Götheborg of Sweden is heading out on a great voyage, the Asia Expedition 2022/2023. In the same vein as in our history, the ship will also work as a platform for partners to promote Swedish-Asian trade and create new business opportunities.
Götheborg of Sweden is the world’s largest wooden ocean-going sailing ship, and we look forward to a unique sailing adventure.
Some changes will be made to the sailing leg from Helsinki to Stockholm, and arrival at the stopover in Stockholm will be moved to a few days later. This is due to a visit to the drydock (in Stockholm) that we want to make with the ship, while we are still in Northern Europe.
We have arrived in beautiful and sunny Helsinki! We are moored at Makasiini Quay, at the heart in the South Harbour right next to the Market Hall. We will be here until Monday 27 June, and open to visitors Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Come and visit us!
