Preliminary programme:
Morning: The basics in standing and running rig. Maintenance of rig.
Lunch: 12:00-12:45
Afternoon: Forces in rig. Rig and safety during upriging

On the 25th of April, off the coast of France just after 4pm, a distress call was sent by the MRCC regarding a sailing vessel that had lost its rudder and was drifting. Being the closest ship to the sailing boat, Götheborg answered the call.
We are looking for guides to work in our team and show the ship to the public. Since our guides need to be able to speak both swwedish and english, the rest of this news will follow in Swedish.
Spring is in the air and summer is not as far away as it used to be. This means, that we now need to remove the ship’s winter cover. Join us during a week in April and see the spring transformation for yourself!
