How to apply for professional crew

1. Follow the link to our registration system below (at the bottom of the page).
2. Sign up for an account.
3. After you registered you will get a confirmation e-mail to validate your account (please check your spam box if it’s not in your regular inbox).
4. Complete your profile, including uploading your resume, cover letter and information about certificates, medical certificate and seaman’s discharge book.
5. You are ready to apply!

*If you don’t have the time or the documents in place to fill in your profile, you can press ‘save for later’.

How to send in your application? (PAAM)

1. After you have completed your profile you are able to apply.
2. Press “apply”.
3. You will see two categories, choose to apply for professional crew.
4. Then choose “apply for professional crew roles”.
5. Confirm that you want to apply (or press “No” and complete your profile).
6. Choose which role you want to apply to.
7. Press “apply”.
8. You will get a confirmation e-mail.

When you have been selected for a specific position

1. You will get an e-mail/phone call from the crew manager.
2. There will be an interview.
3. There will be a reference check with a former employer.

When you are accepted for a specific position

1. You will get an e-mail with further information from the crew manager if you have been accepted for a specific position.

When you have not been selected for a specific position

1. You will get an e-mail from the crew manager that you have not been accepted for a specific position, but you are placed on a waiting list.
2. You will get an e-mail from the crew manager that you have not been accepted for a specific position.
