We've arrived in Malaga
Today, at 10:30 am, we arrived to the city of Malaga, the beautiful city in the south of Spain. We were happy to be greeted with fantastic weather and many interested reporters. We are so excited for our stay here.
Götheborg of Sweden is the world's largest ocean-going wooden sailing ship, an 18th century replica of the original Götheborg that sank outside of Gothenburg in 1745, and will create great attention wherever she goes. In 2022 and 2023 the ship has sailed in Europe and it is now moored in its home port Gothenburg. Read our latest news here and scroll down to the bottom of this page to sign up for our newsletter.

It is fifteen years since the ship last visited London, in May 2007 on the way home from the first Asia expedition. Now it's time again for the ship to sail up the River Thames and greet the Londoners. We will be docked at South Dock Quay in Canary Wharf. Come and see the majestic arrival, with both shanties and ceremonial flags. Ticket sales are now open for 9-11 August.
